Minerals
Minerals are geological materials extracted for their commercial value and used both at their natural state and after the enrichment as raw materials or as additives in a wide range of applications.
Limestone, clay, kaolin, bentonite, silica, barite, gypsum and talc are typical examples of rocks and minerals used in industry. Construction, ceramic, paint, filtering, plastic, glass, detergent and paper are among the industrial sectors in which they are used.
The three family generations, which preceded the actual founder of G.T.S., carried out this industrial activity and passed on a deep knowledge of many of these minerals.
G.T.S. designs and manufactures machines for crushing, grinding and classification for the recovery of fine parts.
Micronization of materials partially ground and dynamic classification of the exiting product by MG series classifier hammer mills.
A recovery bag filter used with the grinding equipment allows the collection of the product.
