Please take note of the following details before sending any material to be processed:
• If you decide to request our services, G.T.S. formally undertakes not to disclose any of the know-how, data results or information our technicians may gain knowledge of during both visits for discussions or agreements, and the test processing.
• A safety technical specification data sheet must be provided regarding all the materials to be processed before sending samples. All possible risks regarding the handling and processing of the Customer's materials must be specified. This will allow to establish if the material can be accepted and processed for the test.
• The Customer will take charge for all shipment costs from and to G.T.S. headquarters.
• All the material received, processed or not processed, including waste which will be separately packed, will be returned to the notified address.
• Any alteration to the equipment necessary for the processing of the material will be quoted and agreed upon with the Customer and the Customer will take charge of them.
• G.T.S. does not undertake any formal commitment without first receiving the minimum information required (safety technical data sheet of the material, G.T.S. form for information request)
The Customer will not proceed to any shipment before receiving a written answer of approval of the appointment by G.T.S..
